The Cannoli Bar provides dessert catering, mobile cannoli bars, and specialty dessert services for private events, weddings, and corporate functions. All services are subject to availability and require a formal agreement/invoice to be confirmed.
Submitting an inquiry through this website or social media does not guarantee event availability.
Events are secured only after a signed contract and receipt of the required retainer.
All pricing is starting pricing and is subject to change based on guest count, event location, service style, rentals, staffing needs, and customization.
Final pricing will always be confirmed in a written quote.
The Cannoli Bar reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date.
No event is considered booked until both the contract is signed and the retainer has been received.
Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement.
Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of services.
Because we reserve your date and often decline other events, all retainers are non-refundable.
Cancellation terms, rescheduling policies, and payment obligations will be detailed in your event contract.
Clients are responsible for providing:
• A safe working environment
• Adequate space for setup and service
• Venue authorization
• Required permits if applicable
• Accurate event details
The Cannoli Bar reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or misrepresented.
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including dairy, wheat, soy, eggs, and nuts.
While we take reasonable precautions, The Cannoli Bar cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Clients are responsible for communicating allergy information to their guests.
By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
The Cannoli Bar shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Venue-related issues
• Weather conditions
• Power outages
• Guest behavior
• Delays caused by third parties
Liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid for services.
The Cannoli Bar is not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, labor shortages or acts of God.
